Daily Yoga

Each day includes two yoga sessions, designed to reconnect with your body, release tensions, and move with ease and presence. Our morning practices are gentle yet awakening — a mindful blend of slow Vinyasa, Hatha-inspired movement, and breathwork to start the day with softness and intention, not rush.
In the evenings, we turn inward with calming practices like Yin Yoga and slow, meditative flows — allowing body and mind to unwind and settle into stillness.
If the weather allows it, we’ll take one or two of our morning practices to the
beach – practicing with the sound of the waves and the rising sun in the background is something truly special.

Yoga Nourishment

Throughout the week we will get spoiled with delicious meals from our private plant-based Chef, Nina.

After morning yoga there will be an abundant wholesome brunch buffet waiting for you. On most evenings we will be dining together (except for one night off, where you can enjoy your time on the island).

All dishes are lovingly prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients – some even harvested from our retreat garden, and mostly organic (where possible).
Nina puts her heart into every meal and you’ll  taste that love in every bite.

Accommodation

Located off the touristy area, in tranquil natural valley landscapes, the Eco finca is a reformed farm with four independend apartments. Nestled between the hilly side of this part of the island in quite rural surroundings, you can enjoy the calmness surrounded by nature. You can drive a few minutes (or walk 30-40 min) to the village of la Pared, where you find little cafés, a small super market, and of course the beach.

The spacious apartments have terraces, sunbeams and some hammocks. The accommodation gives you a lot of choices to relax in your room, in the big  garden area or outside on a sun bed. It has an indoor jacuzzi that can be used by everyone of the group. There will be one Apartment where we practice yoga, mostly on the huge terrace, and another one where we will prepare the food and eat together.

Good to know

Welcome to all open hearted and open minded souls who are ready to step into a new experience. This is not a party retreat, and our guests are invited to distance themselves from additive substances and asked not consume them on the retreat area or around other participants.
Wether you have done yoga, or tried vegan food before or not, this week is ideal if you are searching for a nourishing vacation in aware surroundings; it does not matter if you travel solo or in company. Regardless of age and level, you can find instructions and support for your practice to apply. Cannot wait to meet you soon.
